AGM
Dear Members
The AGM will be held at the Range on the 13/02/2024 at 7pm for 7.30 pm start.
BR & PC club fees are now due for 2024, fees cost: £200 I.E
Joining Fee £200, Membership Fees £200 and Probationary Fee £200.
The concession for those members over 65 with a previous 10 years unbroken membership remains the same at £100.
Please be aware that should any member not have their fees paid by 30 days after the date of the AGM they will no longer be a member and must apply to re-join (which will include a joining fee in line with the constitution).
Should any member not be able to do so, please contact either the Treasurer or Secretary? Firearms Licensing will be informed accordingly.
The fees are now due and prompt payment would be appreciated. For those members wishing to pay by bank transfer the details Can be found on the members notice board page. please be sure to use your full name as a reference and membership number as it appears on the back of the membership card.
Any member who wishes an item to be put on the Agenda should notify the secretary in writing 7 days prior to the date of the AGM.
The secretary requests that any member with an email address send a test email to gmcbride@talktalk.net in order that future communications where possible will be done by email.
All
members will be required to sign the NSRA code of practice on HOME
LOADING a copy of which will be put up on the club notice board or it
can be found at www.nsra.co.uk/index.php/home/
The Agenda will be published 14 days prior to the AGM along with a list of those members eligible to vote at the AGM on the CLUB NOTICE BOARD
